    The quality of food is good. But nobody is bothered about the customers. The hotel staff is unable to manage waiting customers while the people sitting inside for dining do timepass with long dining hours. The dining room being small and congested, very less number of groups can dine at a time. Besides, the reception staff is inefficient to place the waiting customers in the dining room. They can not even tell how long it will take to vacate a table. Waiting hours are even as long as one and half hours. Better to cook at home instead of going to lilac. Only name shines, not the service..

    Dont ever try this hotel ..Had very bad experience..Hotel manager doubled the room rate when we reached in late evening , even near about all rooms are available..So dont try this hotel...
